Since each item is made to order, often with customization- we are not able to accept any returns at this time. In the event that a return is accepted there will be a 25% re-stocking fee applied.

Sample Sale All items purchased in our online sample are considered a final sale, no exceptions.

Please email us with the specifics of your return inquiry, and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

Repairs

Every piece of Elsa Corsi jewelry is crafted from start to finish in our Vancouver, Canada studio with the utmost care and attention. Care instructions can be found here however should your piece need eventual repair for any reason-please contact us to refurbish it for you in our signature technique. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and a repair cost, if applicable, will be assessed upon viewing.
